Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vexi API, MCP server, or developer portal (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vexi Technologies provides a structured business data API that returns Agent Business Objects (ABOs) for use in AI agents and automated systems. The Service includes REST API endpoints, an MCP server, and a developer portal.

3. API Usage and Credits

Access to the Service requires a valid API key. Usage is measured in credits as described in the pricing documentation. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets at the end of each billing period. Credits do not roll over.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute raw API responses without transformation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing business data API product
• Access data about individuals without proper authorization

5. API Keys and Security

You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. Do not share keys or expose them in client-side code. Vexi Technologies is not liable for unauthorized use resulting from key compromise. You may revoke and regenerate keys at any time from the developer portal.

6. Data and Privacy

Vexi processes business data from public sources. The Service does not intentionally collect or process personal data about individuals. For information about how we handle your account data, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The ABO schema, API design, and all associated documentation are the intellectual property of Vexi Technologies. You retain ownership of any applications or products you build using the Service.

8. Service Availability

Vexi Technologies strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexi Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of São Paulo, Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
